Cambridge Day Surgery contacted ACSS when it was necessary to change the exisiting patient information system. The conversion was streamline, efficient and user friendly.
The staff required minimal transitional training and technical support was prompt and reliable. The system is easy to navigate and meets all needs of the Day Surgery.
On the few occasions a problem has arisen phone support has been available.This is particularly important as the Day Surgery is located in Western Australia and the time difference is significant.
The excellent industry knowledge of the vendor gives confidence that upgrades are relevant to the business, user specific and meet Commonwealth and State requirements.
